About the Artist

Marcia Santore is a contemporary painter. She has exhibited her paintings on canvas and paper in solo, juried, and group exhibitions throughout the United States, and her artwork is held in public and private collections in the U.S. and abroad. Santore holds a BFA in Studio Art from the University of Texas at Austin. As part of her commitment to art as communication, she has curated and organized art exhibitions on large and small scales, and has written about artists and their work for her blog ArtYOP, Artscope magazine, and other publications. Having lived throughout the United States, today Santore lives in rural central New Hampshire. She is currently represented by TAG Art Gallery in Boston.
